The only thing left of Eliza is her blood, which can be reshaped to look like Eliza, or turned into animals or weapons or whatever. Sekhmet is her skeleton and she just covers herself in the Eliza blood. Eliza and Sek have been paired for so long it's hard to tell where one stops and the other starts.
