And haha, yeah, I couldn't see through the optic at all, given the circuitboard for the LED assembly. I could flip it up to see with both eyes for a moment or two, but I was too scared to do it for long because I didn't want it to snap back against my forehead and bruise me. XD (Future project: make optic easier to remove. o_o)

Thank you so much!! The eye piece is just kids' air-dry clay and craft foam (plus the LED assembly), actually. With looots of Mod Podge to seal it. XD

For the shirt you made, is that sewn together or is it a sort of tank top on top of a long sleeved shirt?
I ask because i plan on making a human p-body costume and she has black sleeves and a white turtle neck much like GLaDOS in this picture.

Hee, the white part isn't a shirt, actually, it's a very snug dress that hits around mid-thigh for me. But yes, it is sleeveless, with the black being a spandex shirt that I wore underneath (and sewed the EL wire to, which--for the record--I do NOT recommend! EL wire likes stiff fabrics, not stretchy ones... 
A human P-Body costume sounds awesome, best of luck with it!
