This picture is beautiful. But I must say Sarabi's belly is very big to be only carrying one cub.

I love them. In particular Mufasa in this picture. But every time I see a picture of a pregnant tlk lioness I think ''damn, they're a bit too fat''. Sarabi gets only one cub and shouldn't be so massive you draw her.. but it's the same with Nala pictures I've seen
A real lioness ok, but often they're pregnant with 2 or 3 cubs and not only with one little cubbie

This is actually about right for a lioness baring only one cub. She would be fatter than this with 2 or 3 cubs. I work with big cats and have watched a lioness birth only one cub before, and she was about that fat.
