This is a super villain from Fairly Odd Parents ....yeah I watch cartoons. I just did this while watching the show one day cause I was bored. I've been in a really blah mood with my art lately. I'm completely tapped out of ideas, like even fanart related stuff, so I've just been kinda going spontaneously as it comes. I sort of have an idea for a slash fanart for a fic that I'm still thinking about and haven't started yet lol.

I'm thinking of giving this one to Madyson too.

I hate my pencil crayon colouring....and I ran out of black near the end lol.
