First, yes this isn't real as it is quite illegal to post actual body parts, this is my hand. However, I did not use fruit. It was raw bloody beef shredded for the feel. Second, it may not be scary to all as it wasn't for me. It is just what people feel.
Before you criticize other's photo be sure to look at your own.
