10. Severus Snape (Harry Potter):Alright, I really like Rickman's Snape and Potter Puppet Pals Snape, but otherwise I'm neutral.
9. Scrooge McDuck (Duckverse):
It really debends of story or writer is he likeable or a douche. I just really don't read Scrooge stories anyway.
8. Foxglove (Chip n Dale Rescue Rangers):
She was only in one episode and didn't stand in much either. I really don't like that ProShippers use her episode as the canon of ChipxGadget.
7. James Potter (Harry Potter):
Yes, he bullied Snape and was dick, but he did get better afterwards. He wasn't in the story that much that I have other than neutral opinion.
6. Stinky (Moomins):
He does have funny moments, but otherwise I don't mind Stinky.
5. Mimi (Digimon Adventure):
Just Adventure Mimi. I actually liked her when I was little, while others complained that she only whines.
4. Meiko (Digimon Adventure Tri):
I wanna see the fifth movie, she gets bigger part in it. I'm otherwise quite neutral of Meiko.
Edit: Well, that was quite confusing movie. But my opinion of Meiko hasn't changed, she's ok to me.
3. Trip (Pokemon):
Many hate him, I don't think he was that bad.
2. Cinderella (Disney):
Iconic Disney princess. Shame that she doesn't have that much personality as her book counterparts.
1. Beverly Crusher (Star Trek TNG):
Only things that I remember about Beverly is that she is mother of Wesley ( ) and she later marries Picard .
