Lucy was doing her father proud. She was becoming more and more vindictive with each passing day and becoming more and more in tune with the dark side of the force, the Sith side. She had started developing marks on her face, which in the ancient Sith texts meant she was deep within the dark side of the force. He would have had them himself if he hadn’t been damaged badly by Obi-Wan.

He ventured down to the cells where he had sent Lucy to interrogate a spy they had found on one of their empire ships. He arrived at the entrance to the cells and heard the screams from deep within. He suspected that was the spy finally breaking, so he strode to the cell where Lucy and the spy were.

Lucy was standing over the steaming body of the spy. She hadn’t killed him, just badly burned him with the steam from the pipes feeding the cell. His face was all red and he was bleeding from his eyes. But he was still breathing so as far as Lucy was concerned it was a successful interrogation.

Darth Vader just shook his head in pride and walked over to Lucy. She turned and bowed to him. Vader put his hand on her shoulder and motioned for her to hug him. Lucy was shocked as all the Sith scriptures had said this was a weakness but Vader said in certain circumstances love is more powerful than hate and Lucy needed to know how to combine the two so she could be a just, strong but fair Sith ruler.

Lucy agreed and returned the hug as the two Sith left the spy’s cell. Vader signalled to a droid to get the spy to medical and heal him so the interrogation could commence once again.

As they were leaving the cell block a voice called to Lucy. It was the cell of Han Solo. Han had been subjected to mass torture and manipulation for months and had finally broke listening to the spy’s screams. Lucy walked over to Han’s cell and opened it motioning him to move forward. Han looked her in the eyes and simply said four words.

“I’m ready to serve.”
