Description

"Well golly, hiyah kiddo!"

The young boy froze as he heard the cheerful words, hands beginning to tremble. With caution he turned his body, coming into view of way too curious eyes. An ordinary flower, about the size of a pug was planted into the ground a few feet from his position.

But then it blinked.

Flowey forced a bigger smile as he tilted his petaled head, but it began to falter as the child he had discovered continued to stare at him alone, refusing to utter a single word. "You're a shy one, aren'tcha?" He extended on of the leaves stitched at his stem. "The name's-"

The words died as the boy suddenly jerked back, as if struck. The silence was defeating to both beings as Flowey's brow furred. "Listen kid,"

"I know who you are."

Despite being a plant, beads of sweat began to form and cascade down his face. "Y-You do, huh?" The flower asked softly, readied vines struggling to escape from below him. The boy hummed and mood, though did not seem to be joyful over what he had spoken. "You're a monster." He murmured, pupils darting nervously.

Flowey felt a rush of relief waft over his tiny body. "Well, of course!" He returned to the bright tone, gesturing to himself. "I mean, the other monsters were all released from the Underground t-"

"Frisk told us about you."

The boy shuddered, glittering tears forming. "You were gonna kill my mommy, daddy, and me." He took a step forward, hands curling into fists over his cheeks. "You aren't like the other kind of monsters."

He opened his eyelids, showing bloodshot eyes. "You are bad."

And before Flowey could react to such harsh words the child reached down, gripping one of the soft, yellow petals. It only took a sharp tug to cause Flowey to cry out as a part of his body was taken from him.

Still, he pushed the pain away and grunge, hoisting himself with one of his leaves. "So what?" He hissed, baring his now revealed sharp fangs. "I'll do it again, no matter the odds in my way! Then this perfect" He spat out the syllables as if they were poison. "timeline will be erased until it's nothing but a black void!"

He snorted at the boy's confused look. The pathetic child couldn't understand. Another rumble on the earth beneath him made Flowey's anxiety spike, and with a shock it came to him that the boy was coming for an attack once more. He flinched, squeezing his eyes shut, as he knew he had no power to retaliate.

A shadow loomed over him. Flowey stared up with slight wonder, but sneered as he caught sight of a familiar striped shirt.

Frisk.

---------

Even though all the odds, Flowey hasn't not given up on his one task. For years he had lived below with a few other monsters, keeping astray from them in fear he would be turned to dust by any one attack.

Then Frisk came down. Before the poor flower could even react they grabbed the flower, stuffed him into a cramped pot, and brought him above. He was planted outside the school where Toriel teaches, in hope he would change his ways after seeing the peaceful world the place had become.

Yeah...nope.

He continuously tries to get naive, curious children to come towards him long enough for him to kill them and absorb their soul. Unfortunately, Frisk was too watchful and was able to help Flowey's first victim escape before he could begin. Afterwards, they spoke to Toriel and Sans, and devised the perfect way to keep Flowey from being a danger.

A day later Flowey was brought back home with Frisk, the gave him that little sign up there, placed the plant in front of a small green screen, and shot a beware sign. The warning paper can be found in every room in the school, with a description on why.

And yes, I'm one of the people that got sucked into the wonderful game titled Undertale. I hope you like! Also the heart/soul because I needed something else to put with Flowey. It suits him since he always thirsts for human souls.

Flowey the Flower belongs to Toby Fox.

Possibly, though I'm not sure. But I don't mind if other artists would like to try it as well.
