And when the Draken came we realized that demons truly did exist, as did the damnation that our ancestors had feared centuries ago as they huddled around the campfires fearing the dark..."

Draken Void Parallel:

Along with the Fractal Abberants the Void Parallels were part of the Huxioatl dimension forms which participated in the beyond real space battles of the Age of Giants. While the Fractal Abberants were monsters of great power who watched over realspace from their pocket dimensions in order to annihilate entire fleets at a whim, the Void Parallels, by no means weaker, were designed to be more strategic in nature. These forms tunneled through space time, creating massive stabilized wormhole corridors and networks throughout Huixoatl space and then defended them against the Nakai equivilants which sought to break into these domains and gain an edge over the conflict. Void Parallels would also make their own forays into enemy networks and the two sides were perfectly matched in the Clockwork war. However with the end of the war and the destruction and banishment of many Huixoatl forces in the final battle of the conflict they were locked away within a broken spar of the Ikarian labyrinth. These Void Parallels did all they could to try break out and were close to freedom, but alas the damage done to the labyrinth further during the Age of Cinder reduced their attempts to ash. When the spar eventually broke free in the Draken wars the remaining Void Parallels were a nightmarish decayed echo of their old forms, sustained by Xol'Coatl and cannibalism of their other selves they fought the Union and later the other inhabitants of the galaxy. They proved a serious threat and a top kill priority for their ability to tunnel paths through established war fronts and interdiction lines, opening up new avenues of attack and letting whole Draken hordes bypass allied fleet entrenchments, striking at previously secure and safe systems behind allied lines.
