Yes apart from the Violar stuff which is also blue but its quite easy to tell which is Violar, they are quite alien and triangular in apperance

Every person of the Union is given the option to waer the blue colours as everyone does those who dont feel left out and so do anyway, the Unions soldiers and people are proud to wear their colours despite any camo disadvantage
