No need for armor. If I ever find myself in an epic battle(could happen), I hope I'm on her side.

Nice; but if she's invulnerable, why does she need the shield?

I originally had a Greek theme in mind, but she could have some Roman elements in her.

She reminds me of Rebecca from "One Piece" as seen here! [link]
Since Rebecca enters a tournament just to get the Flare Flare Devil Fruit, then that means she is not a Devil Fruit user yet.

Reminds me of the Greek hero Archilles. His mother was the Nymph Thethys and thus immortal, while his father was a mortal. To purge Archilles from mortality, Thethys dipped the baby into the river Styx, that flows through the Hades, the underworld. But since she was holding Archilles by his heel, that heel wasn't dipped into the river and remaind his only vulnerable spot.
Later, in the troyan war, Prince Paris of Troy shot an arrow, guided by the god Apollon, through Archlles' heel and killed him.
There are similar stories in other myths too. The germanic heroe Siegfried became immortal after he had slain a dragon and had taken a bath in the dragon blood. But a linden leaf had fallen on Siegfried's shoulder and this part wasn't covered with dragonblood and remained vulnerable.
Later, Siegfried helped King Gunther of the Burgundians to win the hand of Brunhilda (basically, Siegfried, who had cloak of invisibility, helped Gunther to cheat in a contest with Brunhilda). As a reward, Siegfried won the hand of Krimhild, Gunther's sister. After the marriage, Brunhild doubted that Gunther had won her fair and square and kicked Gunther out of her bed unless he could defeat her again. Once more, Siegfried was asked to help Gunther. With his cloak of invisibility, Siegfried managed to defeat Brunhilda in bed again. But he took a ring or her belt as a trophy and gave it to his own wife Krimhild.
When both Women went to church, Brunhild saw her ring/belt on Krimhild and understood, that she had been betrayed by Gunther and Siegfried. Brunhild wanted revenge and asked Hagen von Tronje, Gunther's best fighter, to murder Siegfried. Hagen new that Siegfried was invulnerable except in one spot, but he didn't know it's exact location. So he asked Krimhild to mark this spot so he can protect Siegfried. Krimhild did as she was asked and marked the spot with an cross on Siegfried's shirt.
When the Siegfried, King Gunther and his men went on a hunt, Hagen murdered Siegfried by driving his spear through the vulnerable spot, while Siegfried was kneeling down to dring on a well.

Very interesting. The legend of Achilles had crossed my mind when I drew this picture.

What do you think about the scene when Brunhild confronts Krimhild in front of the cathedral of Worms? Legend says that Brunhild was one of the Valkyries and was thus too strong for Gunther to defeat her.
Would you draw such a picture?

It's pretty interesting. I'd certainly consider drawing a picture like that.
