I've bought a set of copic and gave them a try.Really smooth but extremely expensive!

I want to buy copic markers...I'm saving money for them...tell me, is it worth it...I think that it probably isn't since I saw your artwork done only with watercolors and some other stuff and it looks just as good as if it was done with copics...even better...much better...just PERFECT... god your really good

Copic is good and smooth, But It's pricey and cannnot be mixed freely like watercolor or other wet media.
I can mix 3 watercolor on the pallete to make more than 40+ colors, but for Copic: I have to buy more than 50+ colors for coloring my pictures.[and that is a looot of money]

yes...I see...so I guess that copics are not that awesome as people say they are...It's better to spend your money buying watercolors then copic markers...

aw. but i like saying cute... any way ths drawing is adorable and yes the copic collection is very expensive i'm hoping on buying all of the marker sets and sketch sets soon. $4,800 dollars going to a good thing. ^____________^

dude you dont nee too pay $4,800 just buy it of a uk site like amazon.co.uk and you get both sets for around $240 for sketch set a & b caio is even cheaper or else buy it of a uk seller on ebay.co.uk or .com if you want but dont spend that ridiculous amount it would help if you told me that was a type error but just incase (doesnt want you to fall into some kind of dangerously big money trap)
as for paper dont get copic paper it gives off a yellow tint at the edges use bristol board and donnt spend $4800 just on copics if that how much ur paying you must be getting refill for all of em and be buying tons of paper O-O im serious as for tablet you can get a trust tablet for cheap and it does the same job as the wacom you just have to insert the disc and click ok and it work like any other system including wacom also get sai cus its easy to use and better than any of the other systems (if you have any ques ask cus you shock the living daylights out of me with what you just said cya later hope this helps

That looks so smooth, im discussing with my parents, i want copics too.
I just showed this picture to mom and she was amazed.
I just want to say that the lights on his? her? ears look kinda weird.
I like the fluffs that are coming out of the ears.
And the eyes are just WOW.

Man o man! First try! I have about 85 different copic colors and i only had them for a year and i cant get the whole light and dark reflections of the light n the clothes. Although the streaks and dots are simple they made a big difference. I might go off that idea in my art if you dont mind. I mean if you look in my gallery everything looks ugly cause the art was from long ago and is a big dif from where i am now. Your gallery is so...so ... WOW! And may i ask: where have you learned all your skills? Anyway AMAZING job!!!

Lovely work with the copics! This is kind of a random question, but what did you use to outline this? The lines are very well-done and blend with the rest of the picture well!

What type of copic marker did you use? I'm curious to know 'cuz I am saving to buy a set of my own.

Yea this looks amazing! I've heard that copics are brilliant though I can only afford Tombow at the moment. Is it easier to avoid those nasty overlap lines with copics?
