My studio moving plan has been postponed due to the Political Chaos in my country, So I have to stay in my old studio until 21 may; Making one more watercolor painting before I move out.

This is absolutely gorgeous! I love all of the vibrant colors, and especially how you colored her fin. I have a question on how you colored this though:
Do you use your watercolors wet on wet, or wet on dry, so on and and so forth? I have a problem with some of my colors with watercolors running (AKA not looking good lol). I've been trying to move from digital to traditional, so any advice is most appreciated!
