Mind = Blown. This looks so good! The color palette, the composition, the sense of depth, the detail, it all just pulls you right into the scene! And that pixelated look gives such a crisp sense of clarity and readability, it's insane. So many nice things to say about this. Great job!

Kind of reminds me of a story/dream I had. Well, it was a dream, really. I just thought it might make a neat little story idea, too!
In the dream I was a wolf (anthropomorphic), but I was more chibi. I think there was another wolf character, but I'm not sure.
I can't be sure who the other two were, or WHAT the other two were, either. Maybe one was a sheep? You know how dreams are when you wake, and you lose most of the grasp you had on what happened...
I do remember we were questing, and then we were in this snowy place. We went into this cliffy area, and into a cave or door, and then we were in an ice or crystal dungeon or room.
And that was pretty much the dream...

Actually, that particular dream is from years ago... so I'm not entirely sure if playing too much Zelda is the culprit, though for all I know, it probably was at the time...
Lol well you have seen my current fursona and stuff, but at the time I had a wolfsona, so it makes sense in that aspect.

The dream was fairly average in terms of emotional levels... nothing too exciting, but nothing too scary.
I think I was concerned given we were out in the snow and ice, though...
Do you dream about sitting on buses?
Maybe I should invite you into my dreams! They can be quite interesting. Though knowing my luck the first dream you enter would be a sex dream. xD

I'm the same. I don't usually notice if something is strange or unusual in a dream until I've woken up...
Though sometimes... I do realise something is strange, and sometimes I realise I am dreaming. Once I realise I am dreaming, one of two things happen:
a) The dream's reality unravels and I wake up, or
b) The dream continues, and I start to try stuff... like how I purposely went for a stroll naked down the street, knowing it was a dream. xD
Snow was concerning because there was no sign of civilisation for miles, so one wrong move, we run out of supplies, and we die in the snow... <.<
And of course I was dressed for the cold! I mean, I wasn't really wearing much, I had fur, but still! xD
I like to dream about exciting things.
Lol the risk of ending up in an intimate dream is EXTREMELY low... you are far more likely to just randomly see me naked lol, and those are sometimes dreams... xD

Oh yes, I can relate to that as well xD Honestly I prefer the 'conscious' dreams, since they usually allow you to be more active as you dream. Sometimes I wake up, only to realize how cool my dream was and then I become sad that I didn't do anything while dreaming.. .__. Still better than having a near-death experience in your dream though, I've had that a couple times and always worried about what'd happen if I didn't wake up after supposedly 'dying' during the dream.
Hmm, why doesn't it surprise me that you dreamed about being naked?

I believe they are called lucid dreams... an online friend of mine who lives in Thailand says he can manage to make his dreams lucid, so lucky... xD
Oh yeah, it's a rare treat to be able to take control in your dream, and I relish it, usually...
...and then I'm sad it ends. xD
Omg I remember this dream I had where Mum was dying... it seriously was so upsetting I hated it so much... and I knew my mother would be dead the next morning.
Then I woke up. And I was relieved - it was a dream. THANKFULLY.
But then... I realised, that while morning had come, Mum was still going to die. She had survived the night, but wouldn't live much longer. It was at this point my world came crashing down - realising that it wasn't just a dream, that this was real.
It completely started tearing me up.
Then I woke up. For real this time.
It was a dream within a dream, so when I woke up "the first time" in my dream, I thought I had woken up for real. And that everything that was happening was real. My whole world was ending.
Then I woke up for real, my eyes drowned in my own tears, confused, only then to realise it had been a dream within a dream.
It was like the cruelest prank ever.
I literally started swearing so much at it, I was SO FURIOUS!!!
...it was not a pleasant experience... ._.

I have the same thing... most nights I don't remember my dreams, and even when I do remember them when I wake up, for some reason they just seem to slip away...
I know.. worst dream ever. ._.
It probably has - I mean I love my mum, and I would be devastated if... when she dies. To me there is probably no one that is closer to me, I guess... ._.
And it's not the first time I dreamed she was dying or died, though the one I had when I was younger was a bit stranger... she had died, her coffin was in the living room where her body was in. I got up the "next morning" (in the dream) and the coffin lid was open, and Mum wasn't inside. She was instead having her morning shower, and she was singing. So... that one was less devastating and more on the bizarre side...
Being an animal technically counts, but for the purposes of this discussion it does not.
The only dream of being an animal other than human that counts on a similar level is if you ended up mating or something lol. xD

Well dreams of loved ones dying are about as rare as dreams where I'm getting it on lol... so, very, very few and very, very infrequent. Probably averaging one every couple of years, maybe more years. xD
But I do get recurring horrible dreams of a specific nature which I will not get into. In fact, I had one just two nights ago...
You should try it, it's fun, especially if you KNOW it's a dream and can take advantage of it... xD

Yes, indeed! I think being more aware usually happens later at night, after having been fast asleep for some time, so you are closer to waking up?
