It is a bit of a read but I put it here instead of trying to fit the text in the picture - sorry!
I used an actual Diamond Heart outline reference I found on Google to help with the topview and sideview lines and the length/width, table/crown details.

Created from Kharis' continuous meditations with the Chaos Emeralds and having her body pumped with both the Negative and Positive energies of all 7 Chaos Emeralds along with getting a boost from the Master Emerald.

  The Diamond Heart is the physical Manifestation of Kharis' Heart and Soul, and provides her with a mysterious power that is coveted by many once word and rumor spread. The Heart only works for her, and unlike normal diamonds that are mined or created for jewelry, the Diamond Heart is over 10X stronger. In it's normal, calm state the Heart is classified as a Class D Color wise and it can glow in brightness or dull depending on the emotions Kharis feels.


    If Kharis feels "Broken", or starts experiencing a certain level of self-hatred or low confidence levels, the Heart will appear to have small 'fractures' or 'impurities' in it. This in a way now 'customizes' the Heart towards her personality, and allows others to see how she's feeling if they are able to catch sight of the Heart.

    The Diamond Heart is usually Colorless, and can make small reflections of rainbows when light is centered on it. It can appear to have various colored tints and shades though as well at times, the reasons for this is still unknown but many suspect it takes on the color of a person's soul when it comes into contact with others.

The Diamond Heart has further abilities as it actually stops Kharis' aging in her early-mid 20's, making her semi-immortal as she can still be killed if her body is completely disintegrated all at once. That is not to say she does not feel pain, as the pain she experiences is heightened until her body becomes fully accustomed to no longer being fully mortal, and even then the pain is greater than it would be for a normal person.

If Kharis' emotions are strong enough, the Diamond Heart can create acts of 'Miracles' such as teleporting people out of danger, stopping a natural disaster partially ((Like if there is a raging fire engulfing the City she can use it to 'contain' it in one area or can sense what living people are still stuck in the area inside it - like buildings- and create a barrier around them, the barrier acting as a cooling agent to keep the temperature inside safe and clean the air until help arrives)) or whatever the situation calls for. She is unable in any way to stop a Natural Disaster completely nor is she able to keep one from occurring.

In battle, she is able to create solid Diamond Barriers to defend and to attack she can make 'spears', diamond spikes appear (much like Chaos Spear) to attack with.

Much like a physical body, she had to train and work with the powers constantly to build up a satisfactory stamina level.

Doing this to often causes great strain on Kharis' body and can lead her to a coma if over used or even killing her as her body would dissolve to fuel the power. If this was to occur, her mind would be trapped within the Diamond Heart while her soul goes to the Underworld while still being able to see and hear the outside but unable to be heard. Her body would eventually regenerate using the elements around the Heart but the process could take over 200 years to complete and leave the Heart susceptible to others who are magically inclined. They would not be able to use the full extent of the power but could use the gem to amplify their own powers to a degree.

She is able to have children and who ever she 'ties' herself to in marriage/mating will gain a life span like hers with the youth included, though Kharis can remove the gift and leave them mortal as well if they were to betray her or no longer wished to stay by her side.
