I could totally see Iris with Fluttershy, who would probably wonder how in Celestia's name the cyclops managed to grow a mutant Venus flytrap that writes poetry.

I hope Squig doesn't get jealous, but those two seem like a perfect fit: energetic, lovely, thrill seeking, and oblivious to consequences. The look like they're having a real blast together.

Well, there was a much older pic of Iris riding Rainbow Dash, so I doubt Squiq would be jealous. That and I think Iris is a mix of both Pinkie and Dash's traits: the ones you just mentioned, as well as Dash's competitiveness and tomboyishness.
And the stream was awesome ! Wonder if we'll have another chance at it in future....
