Feels almost surgical. Like a scalpel taken to some organic matter. Actually in sculpture one of the things that most excites me is the illusion of fluidity. You know like cloth over a face that seems to blow in the breeze. But to the touch it's solid stone.

The fold of cloth carved in stone can be amazing, they have some in Louvre which are very inspiring. Maybe when I'm 90 I'll be good enough for that!
