honestly idk how i did it, its been a while, even i was like "whoa i did that??!" lol.. the only thing i am not sure about is the orangeish "flame" thingies in the middle, other than that its decent.

You did a filter>distort>shear to get the wavey effect and a color blend of either screen or liner light
