Description From a band promo shoot I did last week. I'm trying to master band photos that arent too cliche, so this is my second real shoot for a band, other than the under-water band promo shoot i did last summer.

on a good note: i got an A on my test yesterday

lol

I like the concept. Just remember to NEVER shoot a band in front of a brick wall. You will die of cliche if you do.

haha thank you very much, and yes i agree with you unless there were some additive elements that made it 100% unique. that is the only way i would. I want to get as far away from tattered buildings for band shoots as possible

thank you for the comment

YAY for an A!
Yippee for a band shoot! It's so hard not to be cliche with them because you want to feature everyone in the band and they need to look like... well a band! It's easier to not be cliche with solo artist shoots. I like how simple it is.

haha not THAT simple, that shoot took 6 hours of electrical work to build the set!

omg!! WOW! It is sort of a fun thing to have a photo look effortless and gritty and natural though, even when that was not the reality!
