MIMICYU IS MY FAVORITE POKEMON IN THE HISTORY OF EVERYTHINGOkay I lied, Porygon-Z still is, but Mimicyu is in second place
Now that we have that out of the way, while I was fangirling over this new pokemon in one of my Google Hangouts chats, one of my friends mentioned that Mimicyu looked like something out of Madoka Magica. Well... Let's say that gave me a few ideas, and I decided to try and draw the lovely 'Mon in the anime's style. It was actually a ton of fun to draw this, and even though I regularly don't draw backgrounds.... Jesus, it was fun making it look as trippy as possible. ;w; I'm so super proud of this, guys.Β
Oh, and the Runes just say "Mimicyu".

It's a reference to Madoka magica, and the character I used as a style reference, Bebe. Basically a small chibi-like creature that loved cheese, but was worried she'd turn into cheese if she misbehaved.
So given the coloration, I had the title be a reference to that.
