I've been listening to nine inch nails a lot lately

I'm sorry I just love making this gross boi gross lookin- Also I've wanted a character that "moves" like this for a while hhhhh
I've been developing him a lil more, long story short, he's a red room killer, though he calls his "blessing rooms", or something similarly "holy" in nature. He can go from a "naked" appearance (Ken doll anatomy tho) to having his robes adorned on him by an unseen force. I dont t h i n k he's a cultist but he's serving something powerful.

On an off note tho I think him and The Guide would get along.
