On the left is Rei Kurosawa, wearing the Pinafore dress. I personally have not gotten it yet, I is sad
You get it after completing mission mode or supposedly finishing the game 3 times on normal or something.On the right is Mio Amakura wearing outfit G Gothic Lolita, unlocked by beating Nightmare (I think) on the PS2 version.

Cool, these are some of the cutest FF costumes in my opinion. I also like the purple outfit for Miku in the first FF game.
