Camtasia won't work for me
I tried to record this one but I had to close camtasia cause it was lagging lots. I couldn't even paint in Photoshop!
Anyway I think my Photoshop "Skills" disappeared to a land far away. I suck.

Aww, this is awesome! You do NOT suck. 
The mane looks good, too, and so does the tail, but I think it being split two ways kind of takes attention from the rest of the image...maybe try doing an arabian tail? If you know what they look like, haha. (you kind of have it if the tail wasn't split on top also)
But otherwise, looks great!
