Great picture! I can't add more than what as already been said in the previous comments, except that I also like the backgound, with it's irregular holes.

I just can't stop staring at this. Really stunning work. I love the off-centre composition, and the brightness of the wall just draws attention. The natural-looking lighting and the shadows that casts add further interest. The pose complements the image perfectly to top it all off. Beautiful work!

Very well done from an artistic perspective.

You have used the rule of thirds and created a natural path for the eye to follow. In addition, the entire image has a simplicty that speaks for itself.

explanation:

the rule of thirds states that every image can be divdied horizontally the vertically into three. The intercesions of the lines denote the strongest parts of a work. By placing your subjects face ono the top right third, you have placed her in one of the four strong points.

Her eyes look out of the image over the right shoulder of the viewer. This has a natural tendancy to draw the viewer in thinking about "what does she see". The necklace enhances this effect, by drawing the eye down and then back to her face, this creates a circular motion of the eye and draws the viewer into the emotion of the shot. Finally the eye is led out of the image to the left out of the picture.

Leaving the left side of the picture void of any significan object, allows the eye of the viewer to exit in this way.

The image also caputed a sense of emotion and mystery. The emotion is conveyed by the subject. There is a stillness or peace, that is brought to the viewer. The mystery comes from what ever she is looking at. As the viewer will never know what that is, the image sparks imagination, curriousity and wonder.

All that I have spoke about here, you not have done consciously at the time that you took the image. Good art often works that way. However, understanding the rules of good art and using them to your advantage (and breaking them when you need to) is the mark of a master artisan.

Keep shooting, this is good work

thanks for your nice comment
you are right i was not fully aware of all the thing you mentioned while taking the picture, exept from the rule of thirds.
i think it's hard to do so during a shooting with a person because i never exactly know what she does. but that's why i make a lot of pictures so i can chose the most interesting ones and there i pay attention to all the details. i've done just few shootings with people so i hope ican still improve here
