If you listen carefully in Markipliers gameplay of the good ending FNAF4. You will hear a long beep after Golden Freddy disappears in front of kid... A beep which is heard when a patient passes away... Meaning, the Kid you played in FNAF4 dies... So I think when Fredbear appeared, it shows that your death is near
Not sure though, since in FNAF1, phone guy said the person survived the bite... But he didn't said what happened to the Person After the bite....

i played the game till the end watch some gameplay of it had my earphone all the way up and no beep plus what if the year of the bite was in the same year as 2 so fnaf4 is 1987 where the bite is caused and 2 is in 1987 as well but they are the replacements for fredbear and friends
