Dashy can get some sort of magical power deep in the catacombs of whisper valley that makes him immortal. Whisper hid it from Solaryn cause she secretly hated Solaryn and didn't want him to go turning her immortal.

Yeah and then I suppose if you're immortal at one age and you really want to get involve in with someone, after a certain point you're technically old enough, regardless of your body. You can have them together literally forever that way.
