Background is lazy and fail, but I don't care. XD
I want to put a quote but I can't because it might give too much away...*suspicious grin*
So yeah, there's Vector, and there's one of the new O.C's, Sin the Typhlosion.
I wonder what's up with these two, and why they look so troubled with each other, escpecially since Vector is usually so easy to get along with? (Lol not really. I know what's going on and you don't. >XD)
Yes, this is a kinda distant upcoming scene for T.E. too.
If only the voice actors could get a move-on. //shot

I'm just going to put a constructive critique here. ~
It looks to me you've done this on either ms paint or other pixel looking program.
But of course that isn't a bad thing, to be honest this is probably one of the most efforted, pixeled program made artworks I've seen.
But there is also a few tiny flaws hidden in this picture:
The character at the background seems a bit too blury, and the light reflect on it's back and head wasn't really necessary to add since the background/setting looks dark and shadowy type.
The outlines of the character in the front have these white dotted spaces. It might be necessary to add a tiny bit more dark shadows on the character aswell.
You could also add a light texture to bring this picture out a little more (e.g. a bit of glowing tears or/and eyes,etc.)
But overall this is a decent picture, but just has a tiny bit more room for improvement.
