Walter ( The Muppets) and Tutter (Bear in the Big Blue House), two characters that have captured my heart and are very important to me. Peter gave them and several other characters life and so much personality. These two are by far, my favorites

They are a lot alike. 1. They have the same performer. 2. They both scream. But Tutter screams at Bear when they get surprised.

Seriously, He was my favorite character in my whole childhood. He was so hilarious and really cute and stuff. I loved that show (Well, except for Shadow.)
