- Deoxys are a peaceful species and have become this way through the teachings of the To'kustar and the Enderkineticaeons.
- Deoxys mainly live in the cosmic storms that they originated from and like the To'kustar, they defend the known universe from threats beyond it.
- Other Deoxys have left the cosmic storms to explore and protect the universe. Some have developed a nomadic lifestyle, while others stay on planets.
- So far, the only worlds Deoxys have made contact with are Petropia, Fulmas Prime, Prypiatos, and Mydl'dy.
- Immigrant Deoxys commonly stay on worlds such as Anodyne, Odya, and Planet Wisp
- The Deoxys can have color schemes such as white and green, orange and blue, pale pink and pale violet, and dark blue and light blue.
