- The Dark Matter have managed to be driven off by the ancient Star Warriors and Professor Paradox to a dimension in between realities known as the Dark Space.
- Similar to Ghostfreak, Shadeclipse managed to escape the Omnitrix, and became obsessed with possessing Ben and gaining the true power of the Omnitrix.
-- He has been unsuccessful though.
-- Due to Zero becoming angry with Shadeclipse being sentient, he did not allow him to visit the Dark Space.
-- Shadeclipse still remains loyal to Zero and vowed to help release his master eventually. But for now, he waits in the shadows to make his move.
