After receiving a heartkindle from Persephone, Riot felt the need to do something special as thanks to her. So he lured puckoos from a couple locations for a little parade of sorts. Granted, they don't have the best attention span, so a lot of them wandered off. He managed to convince a couple of wynglings along the way to help corral the puckoos he had left.
He has a gift box with a meal he worked extra hard on. It even includes a dessert he made, which he doesn't usually make.
