It just sort of came to me at 11 at night... And then I thought a bit more (A very rare occurrence) and then drew up its evolutions as well

It evolves into Shoringon. [link]

Evolves at level 30

This Pokemon lives near water, where there are many rocks. It is more at home in the water as its limbs are not fully developed yet. It inhales water through the gills on the side of its neck and jet it out the end of its tail. It is a vicious fighter and will bite at anything venturing into its territory. Its teeth, concealed inside its beaklike mouth, are harder than tempered steel and can crush boulders with a single bite.
