Thinking of Ukraine though, she could use a traditional embroidered dress and the wreath, I think it's called Vinok, usually worn by young women. Other than that it's very well done.

Silly people those in the animation studios are. To really get the feel for a nation personified then the outfit is a key part of the presentation. With research however, I'm certain you could make future APH nations much better than those of the anime or manga.
Actually I've watched a few episodes and their presentation of so many nations is horrible.
