hehe not quite. While that is probably accurate of ukraine's current and past situation as in being very poor, it's not quite what I meant. This however is closer [link] There is a great deal of variation in the outfit however as it varies from region to region and even between communities. The materials that make up the wreath vary greatly too. Basically it is identified to Ukraine like the Kimono is to Japan or the Kilt to Scotland.
