Well this was fun to make
I love sprites.. I was pretty lazy with this though, leaving out the HP meters and Pokeball bars and such...but ahwell.Pwnage should be a real move. That KOs the opponent's whole team at once. Yes.

Otherwise..basically the easiest way to do it is to use another sprite as a template, and since it's just a small bunch of pixels, you can go over it in MS Paint easily. After you master that, you can join different sprites to make new poses, or even make it from scratch on your own if you want.
