There are no "Rouges". Zenyus that do not belong to a Clan are hunted down by Shadow Clan

technically all she did was copy and pasted the form as it seems some of that stuff sounded like u wrote it. So i dont think u got permission she just copy and pasted stuff to the discription. But you werent denied either so u can try again but i highly doubt u can have a rogue. Cause i have one that should be classified as one and i cant even put him as one and i'm staff XD

The rules are from the original group so unless you made it two years ago then it wasn't before the rules were changed

No. When you put "None" in the Clan space when ordering a custom it just means you haven't decided on a clan. Your custom also was made with Pegasus wings but you drew her with bat wings, also not aloud or she would have drawn the bat wings on the custom.
Just because she didn't say anything does not mean she gave you permission.

Its OK. FrostTwins is admin too. Which is why we both said something.
The only two problems are the bat wings and you'll have to choose a clan to put her in. Other than that its ok

Hello, sorry for asking, but will I have to create an "official" application once again for this zenyu oc I drew a while back in order for her to be accepted as offical member of Forest Clan again?
Because I'd really prefer if I didn't have to do this, especially since she was accepted into Forest Clan in the old group. It doesn't really seem fair, honestly.

Still, I don't see how this is necessary, even in terms of "keeping up" with information and members. You obviously know I have a zenyu in forest clan, I obviously know I have a zenyu in forest clan, its not hard to wrap your head around unless you didn't read the information I wrote under the submission.
Besides, what if someone who had made a zenyu from the old group heard this, yet didn't have the time nor resources to create a new application? Are you going to just deny them the rights of the oc they made all the sudden, and kick them out of any interactions they had in your lore-universe?
Also, you say no bases are allowed for this application, yet I've seen quite a few accepted submissions that use bases. I can't take your rules seriously if you won't even manage them properly.

You should be able to accept the responsibility of drawing your character, be it base or no.
And I did not change the rule, why would I say no bases if I myself used them? Seriously, Im not some immature 10 year old.

Even if zenyu ponies are your original species, Feral Shriek is still my character, not yours. You just gave me permission to create my own zenyu oc as long as I followed your rules and guidelines, which I did flawlessly. You had no hand whatsoever in helping me draw or design Feral Shriek, I did this all myself. I could easily make Feral Shriek a different species of pony, or a different MLP:FIM species altogether, and hardly anything would change about her character.
Still, since zenyu ponies are your original species, it is true that you have a certain amount of control in terms of Feral Shriek's appearance, design, personality, and other stuff like that, but only to the extent where anything about my character may disrupt the lore, anatomy, concept, etc., you gave your species. Or in other words, so I don't make her a "Mary-Sue.” This is all perfectly understandable, it is no fun seeing a concept you created being obnoxiously butchered.
And even if it is unfair, rude and disrespectful, I am aware that you still have the right to kick Feral Shriek out of Forest Clan, and even deem her as an oc who is no longer canon to your lore-universe. However, you do NOT have the right to tell me when I have to draw her, or when I can no longer draw her. You never commissioned me, so I don't owe you anything, and she isn't even your character, so you have no say in how often I draw her. I actually have a life outside of drawing, and I have other real “responsibilities” and hobbies. So you can’t expect me to draw my zenyu oc whenever you want me to, and this doesn't just apply to me but to everyone else who has a zenyu oc. It’s not like I’m asking you to draw anything for me either.
As for you changing the rule about bases, perhaps you weren't lying and I was mistaken, maybe I simply read the description wrong. However, I do know that I read the description over several times last night; the chances of me misreading it seem slim. Still, since I don’t want to wrongly accuse you of something you may have not done, so I will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that I misread what you wrote, so I apologize.
I will most likely create this new application for my zenyu oc anyway, but not because you demanded it from me. This is not my “responsibility” this is my choice.

Again, you choose to ignore and not acknowledge a large majority of what I've said in my comment, did you even read it before responding?
I will repeat myself again if I must. Like I said before, drawing isn't the only thing I do with my life. I have other hobbies, as well as responsibilities that come before goofing off. For the most part, drawing is something I do for fun when I have free time to spare.
Ponies aren't the only thing I draw either, nor is fanart in general. I've been practicing human and humanoid anatomy almost every day lately, and I also have several unfinished drawings that have been sitting in my files for a while now, most of which I plan on completing eventually.
I have also been working on a video game fanart drawing of my character from an mmo called Tera Online, who is a female humanoid creature that belongs to a race known as the Amani. She is quite difficult to draw, so it is taking me a while, but I am slowly making progress.
Like I said before, I do plan on drawing my zenyu oc on your nice new application sheet eventually, but it is far from my first priority, and I won't be drawing her again just because you demanded it from me.
