Link to final:Hope some people will find this helpful! I tried to simplify the way I color hair so that it is easier to understand. If you have any questions feel free to ask! I will create more tutorials in the future if it is requested.

How many layers in Photoshop we're used to create this potrait? Do u use different layers for shading & highlights?

The lines, base color, and shading were each on separate layers. I use the same layer for shading and highlights. Each effect layer (overlay, luminosity, etc.) had its own layer.
