Concept work for an idea called 'Warp' that came to me a couple of months ago.It's about a shrine maiden (kinda) bat and a big 'ol crow (sort of) who is always by her side. Mostly waiting for her to die.
..well it's slightly more complicated than that, but, there you go.

The coloring style you used here goes so well with the character designs. It's bright and elegant, I can imagine it as a cell-shaded videogame.
The way her wings look like sleeves is clever, and with the pleated skirt and color scheme, it kind of reminds me of Showa-era, western influenced clothing.
Also, is that a thimble she's wearing on her head? It's adorable haha.
