Description
My first homework from Thai art for computer art subject.I wanna draw Durga in my style because I like powerful woman ^-^
In this time I painted too bright again! That hurt my eyes haha.

Powerful and elegant. Although the colours are a bit bright, the concept art is superb!! Maa Durga is VERY well-portrayed here, just as She should be. Whether we choose to see the Goddess as a mother or a lovely warrior princess, She stays the same - both.

On the contrary I hope you can make out the difference between beautiful and vulgar. We are not Greeks to depict our culture in such a manner and please correct your sense to represent a Hindu deity or our culture.

I was going to apologise for snapping... the only reason I did reply to your statement is because maybe the artist didn't mean offense, and it may dishearten them. I really didn't see it as eye candy or disrespectful (even though I could understand someone else seeing it that way)

ทุรคา เป็นหนึ่งในหลายๆปางของพระแม่อุมาที่เป็นภรรยาของพระอิศวรจ้า แต่ปางนี้ปกติจะมีทั้งหมด 10 แขน ถ้าสนใจเรื่องราวก็ลองหาอ่านในวิกิดู อ่านแล้วก็เพลินดี
