I finish this picture about 4 month ago but I forgot to submit it. LOLz~I try to paint Rainray my OC character and now I change character detail a bit.

This is so beautiful! I love the blue color scheme, the composition and the impressionistic feel of the background. Rainray is pretty, especially with his large eyes and flowing hair. I like the delicate fingers and the little bird as well. And the clothes are neat
