I think just the characters past leading up to any certain events in the book, at least that's how I define it. Pretty much whatever I don't know about a character's past, and I know zilch about Terkail except the chains, from a previous post of her. But it still sounds sad ;n; so she's earthbound because her wings are ripped??Β
