I've never really liked the Flying V or any other v-type guitars like the Jackson Randy Rhoads.
If a guitar have a radical shape it should be an Explorer -type of shape. But both the Jackson and Charvel guitars I own have a Stratocaster-like shape and I find that the most comfortable guitar-shape to play. But sure, I play in a death/black/goth-metal band and a more radical type would look more "evil" or "cool", but they sound killer so I don't care.

yeah, i was gonna get a peavey vortex that souded really cool for almost $400 but i got a peavey rotor ex instead, which is like explorer shaped except mine doesnt have a faceplate....but i like it because its easier to palm mute while playing standing up then my old guitar, which was a washburn, not sure exactly which model, but look very similar to an A 20k...

Well,I'm not really sure about these Peavey models,but hopefully you're happy.
The only Peavey guitar I really know about is the Peavey EVH Wolfgang (which I also have).

Well,I have no idea if he's an addict or so,but he's pretty cool I guess.But tends to play maybe a solo or two too much when CoB plays live.Otherwise CoB is a good live-act.

hmmm. i think you could make area round him black, add some smart lights and/or make something like "Children of Bodom live on ..... " or smtien on the top of tha screen

Hmm,but that wouldn't make it look natural when he has both daylight and spotlights on him.It's nothing wrong with manipulating photos in PS for instance,but I like to keep my pictures natural with only the usual USM/levels/curves-enhancements that is necessary when using a DSLR.Sure that I clone or crop out something once in a while,but I usually try to keep my photos as natural as I can.
Well as I said,CoB is a pretty good live-act but Alexi tends to do a little too much soloing.Otherwise they are very competent musicians.But Slipknot?Sorry,can't stand them but that's just a matter of taste.

D slipknot is the other thing. i was listein to em for some time when i was "evoluating" from rock to metal (theyre beetween it - numetal) ^^ now theyre just too light for me i guess but im still a maggot

Well,as I said,everything's a matter of taste.
You're right,red eyes ain't that fun,but for me it's not really a problem because I rarely ever use flash.In a concert shot,the flash would ruin the feeling and the lights on stage and in landscape photography,flash isn't that very useful.Of course sometimes it can be used when shooting towards the light,to help reduce shadows.And sometimes I use it on portraits,but I like natural light and use it as much as I can.
