I actually stole this from the wall of my Japanese classroom.
I'll never give it back to me! Finders keepers.You can find the original sketch o'mine here.
Le'ssee... We've got several katakana characters hidden in here. I tried making it rather difficult, although some of them are dead-obvious. Anything that looks weird or like it doesn't belong there is definitely one of these. Here's the key. Please excuse my atrocious handwriting. I wrote the pronounciation of the characters underneath them. Remember, in Japanese the pronounciation is very specific...A is always pronounced as "ah," I as "ee," U as "ooh," E as a short e, and O as "oh." If you knew this already and/or could actually read the characters, good for you.
As for the actual picture...well, it was really hard to get the right shades with colored pencils, but I did my best. And aside from the few errors on Valerie and Jazz, or the weird looking Box Ghost, I think it turned out rather nicely. No background, because I didn't want to have to deal with that.

Thanks. As for the grade...I don't remember the exact point value (which is sad, 'cause we got the little slips of paper back yesterday), but I did get over a hundred percent on the project. 'Course, there were a few other things we had to do that were worth a good amount...but I think that section was 32 outta 30. But, then again, I only actually have an A in that class and ceramics at the moment.
I'm blathering. Anyway, thank you!

But isn't it strange how there are two classes where, despite how hard they are, you always seem to come out with good grades? But then there are other classes that seem easy, but you seem to do poorly in them?

Know what I like best about this? The inclusion of the ecto-pusses. I saw that first fight scene in Mystery Meat and thought, "I think I am going to like this story..."

I always loved the beginning of Mystery Meat. Even though my first episode was actually What You Want...it wasn't long before I figured out the order of the episodes.
I was trying to symbolize some of the things I liked most about the series, I think, so I'm glad we like the same thing!
