Well, dand. At first is was "let's draw all the DP characters in magical robe things!" and now it's "there's something of a plot here!"

...I'll leave most of this up to your own interpretation, because rambling should never be encouraged on the Penguin front. Heh. But I am rather proud of how I managed to actually make the glowy effects look, er...glowy, I guess. It's a very hard thing to get to look decently right--even though it didn't scan anywhere NEAR as good as the real thing. (Except the blue-to-green thing didn't go over too well on the eyes. But that doesn't make it look any more or less worse, so it's my nitpicky art plot problem thing. And I can deal, so it works. )

And the plotbunnies...are still there.
