How is CS5? Is it significantly better than CS4?

Actually I'm kinda unfamiliar with CS4 as I jumped to this from CS3. The biggest improvement I can see though are the added tablet pressure controls which is giving me an amazing new amount of flexibility with sketching and shading.

What a coincidence! Here I am, reading about the new movie and BAM! You posted this drawing! I confess that reading about the movie's plot has be a tad more excited for Forever After, but I am STILL very cautious.
