Description
I forgot to mention that around last November we had finally found a dog that could (in a way) “replace” our loss of Sparky. He’s only about a year and a half and I gotta say he is a PERFECT match! He’s just as lively, he’s full of energy, he’s loud as freakin heck, and he’s finally filled up that void in my fathers heart and soul. The only problems are 1: He’s got a very bad skin condition where his body had a rash and lost roughly half the fur off his face and legs. 2: We used only walk him with a harness rather then a collar which snapped opened when my Mom was walking him one night and she started to panic (not that I can blame her) cause Biscuit started running off and she tried to grab him a few times but he thought she was trying to attack him so he lost it and started biting her and ever since then he and Mom have had a MAJOR trust issue since then (and by them I mean Biscuit) but keep in mind this happened only after the first few days after we adopted him (in fact I think it was only like day 3 after his adoption) so he was literally just getting to know everything in his new home considering he had to leave his foster father. And 3: He actually has a major trust issue with everything he can’t meet a new person or dog without constantly barking and growling at them. Not to mention he has such a fascination with cats considering his foster father had one (along with two other dogs as well) and he kept getting in my cat Panthers face and refused to leave him alone no matter how many times I kept moving Biscuit away from him and after a while my cat just started swiping at him and well you know the rest.
Anyway but the bottom line is that despite Biscuit’s several flaws he has officially become a member of the family and he’s a perfect match for us and since we got some medicine to properly treat him and skin condition we’re taking better care of him, his skins healing up pretty fast, and going to be living here with us for a very, very long time. Which we couldn’t have any other way for our crazy, reckless, little Biscuit!
