-whistle- This is one big snowman! Now, I love how the warm colors on the scarf contrasts with the white without making a snowman looking like a fire-type. The hidden mouth is awesome too and the three scarf parts makes it stand out. (And you made his fists look like my style! ) For the third one, I could suggest a few things:
-Make MOAR scarf parts, about 4
-Show his mouth (maybe make it horrible or something to give a reason why he's wearing it now)
-a top hat! I always did like top hats on snowmen...
-put jagged branches or broken sticks

I like it's look and name. I am not so sure it fits into the feel of pokemon perfectly yet but it is really close.
The design thoughts I had involve mainly color and design shifts.
The color palate I feel should be cool colors not warm colors like yellow. The buttons I feel should be black or a cool color. The scarf white and a cool color. The cheeks a cool color. I would say any cool color should be rich to contrast with the white.
For design thoughts - three scarf parts in the back is a bit too much. I think two hanging out the back would fit nice.
The scarf around the mouth part is cool I was wondering if you considered the arms coming out of the scarf? but that is a minor thing I still really like the current form.
The nose I feel is too common place though it does fit. Maybe instead of it being orange like a carrot make it a blue like a icicle.
You did good work on this and should be proud. I also noticed you don't have a pokedex set up yet mind if I write one up as a purely suggestive usage for this?

thanks man for the feedback i really do appreciate it!!!you know, when i make or create a fakemon it usually takes me a little while and a couple of roughdrafts..so trust me i do alot and i mean alot of thinking!!!i originally was going to make him with only the two scarf ends, but then i thought it would be too common and also looked simple(TO ME) so i did a third one.also to be honest i was really considering adding a fouth, but that would have been a little too much!!!and no i didn't think about the scarf as arms only because i was really set on having him look like a snowman as mush as possible.the nose as a icicle is actually a awesome idea. as for the colors,yeah maybe i could have used cool colors, but the colors i did use gave me a feel of chirstmas
About the pokedex, yeah go for it that would be cool!again thank you for the feedback it really does help me out for future designs and ideas.

These are what I was thinking for the three stages of the pokedex entree. (Since you mentioned having a third stage)
Name: "Snowberg"
Species: Snow Scarf Pokemon
Type: Ice
Poke'dex Entree: Though it looks as they are fighting they actually tackle each other to play tag. - When threatened whole groups of them will roll down hill in a stampede. - It's scarf-like body actually helps to insulate the cold in it's body.
Name: Bergloo
Species: Snowman Pokemon
Type: Ice
Poke'dex Entree: On warm days groups of them will huddle together to keep cold. - During the winter season they will go to the highest point and hold celebrations with all who will join. - It is said receiving a gift from one is able to bring happiness to even the most bitter person.
Name: "Glacigloo"
Species: Avalanche pokemon
Type: Ice
Poke'dex Entree: It's core emanates a sub-freezing temperature that can change it's environment and maintain it's icy body. - When ever they are close to snowy mountains they are able to cause avalanches with a single punch. - They make their homes at the top of mountains during the winter and deep in caves during the summer.

I am working on some good ones actually but due to college I am working slowly. I probably could have already made some good ones when I was younger however I just recently got back into pokemon.
Some of them I am doing includes some "eeveelutions" I am doing mock-ups for people. I am mauling over 4 of them which are for poison, fighting, flying, and ghost.
A Poison/Dragon evolution to "Arbok" since a great design for a Poison/Dark weezing's evolution already exists that I am doing a cleaned up version for the person [link] .
My own original fakemon ditto evolution that takes an interesting twist to it.
and a few others that will take more work so I will not even bother to mention yet.
I highly recommend you check out my favorites for "Pokemon Misc." as I collect notable ideas and fakemon concepts in there.
Also I found another "fakemon" that I would consider rival to your snowman fakemon. He has a three part line too but I figured I would link you too him as it might help you to steer clear or improve over it [link] .

Any Ideas I put forth are for you to use to help your fakemon along so use them to your hearts content! I get rewarded by seeing a more awesome fakemon emerge.
When it came to the snowman look I am so for it. I wasn't actually directly saying making the arms the scarf sleeves cause I do like the arms made out of snow. I was more saying like the upper body be the scar and have the snow arms come from under it or out of the sides of it. Hmm now that I think about it for the pre evolve making the arms be the sleeves of the scarf would be a bit cute and funny. As it would run the arms would just flap behind it in the wind XD. Then when it evolves if grows the snow arms pushing the original ones to the back into just being flaps.
When people think snowman they sort of already picture christmas as it is a part of the holiday. I would say blue or purple would be the cool colors to use but maybe not so much the purple unless you want to use it for the shiny version. Also remember you can have a shiny version of the original. So maybe for the shiny version give it the green striped scarf then the red cheeks and buttons.
A third evolution mmm I can roll with it. I think If you do a third one you should include the whole igloo hard ice style to it. A silverback gorilla body style might fit well too.
