Description
For those of you that have been following me for a LONG time you know that I love to do sprite work it's just that is so time consuming that I don't get the chance to do it very often anymore. But since my Hayate design made it into Dead or Alive 5 Last Round I wanted to make that design into a sprite. Normally I work in KOFXIII style but since I was playing the new fighting game Fighting Climax and I saw Akira in a high res sprite style I decided that I would try a BlazBlue style for this sprite. It's a larger sprite, has simpler color placement and it looks really clean but it still took me about 7 hours to make and I'm still not completely satisfied with the result. I will probably update it in the near future.

I also took inspiration from and the DOA conversions to BlazBlue style
