I made this last week when I was doing the "If looks could kill" series and I saved it but didn't post it because it reminded me specifically of a character but I couldn't remember which. Came to me today. Rogue from X-Men Evolution. I had such a crush on her and I thought it might be her but the copy I looked up was the X-Men 97 version. It looks like basically every version of her is substantively different which threw me off. But I figured it out!
