No, this is a different Manakete. Her name is Nowi. She’s from Fire Emblem Awakening. Tiki is also in Awakening, but her appearance looks more like an adult now. Young Tiki is from Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon. Shadow Dragon and Awakening are like 10,000 years apart from each other, but they take place from the same world.
